All products purchased from Beads To Buy For are presented in an organza bag tied with ribbon or a black gift box.
The cost of Postage & Packaging is £2.95 for the UK, and the cost will vary for outside of the UK.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when the order is accepted, and another when your order has been dispatched.
You may provide different billing and delivery addresses; however, for security reasons, the billing address must be the same as your registered credit card address. You should also provide us with a means of communication (telephone or e-mail) in case we need to contact you.
All deliveries will require a signature. As we take great care to ensure items are properly packaged before posting, Beads To Buy For Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any damage to items once they have left our premises.
Please note that Beads To Buy For Ltd. reserves the right to reject orders for delivery to military bases or P.O. Boxes. In addition we reserve the right to reject orders to countries in parts of the world where postal services are unreliable and deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
If the delivery is late then please contact us so that we can make enquiries using the tracking number. If the delivery has still not been made after 28 days then Royal Mail will regard the delivery as lost and we will replace or refund the order. Beads To Buy For Ltd cannot be held responsible for any costs arising as a result of the delay/loss of delivery.
Please note that Beads To Buy For Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any local import duties or taxes on overseas deliveries.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 working days from the delivery date to inform us in writing (please email orders@beadstobuyfor.co.uk) and return the goods by post in perfect, saleable condition (except where originally faulty) and in their original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for the return of any unwanted goods and must pay all the charges arising from the return of any items, except when originally faulty.
We take pride in our work and take particular care to make sure that the piece you receive will be of the finest quality. In the unlikely event of a breakage we will repair your item free of charge within 14 days of receipt, and also reimburse you the cost of the return postage.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and that you wrap your parcel securely, since Beads To Buy For Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss and/or damage of items in transit. If a piece of jewellery gets broken not due to our workmanship, a small fee will be charged to cover the costs of materials and time spent for repair. Please contact us for a quote.
Any returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice indicating whether you wish to receive a replacement item or a full refund on your returned items.
Please note that, in compliance with the current UK’s Health & Hygiene regulations, Beads To Buy For Ltd. will not accept the return of earrings, except where originally faulty.
All refunds will be issued in full by the same payment method as that was originally used to pay for the items.
